I am quite excited. Think I could use a lot of the stuff that we will access in this elective directly in the classroom. My teaching practicuum starts off next week, and I will be teaching Food & technology.
Mind you, it will not be just about cooking, but loads of usage of the CLC/Moodle to access information, key vocabulary, etc for the students when they do activities like :Sensory Analysis" which is really a "Taste Testing" session.
